I am .Ive tried to replace it but my companies service is steller.I have insurence on it etc.The problem is they want me to buy a completely new phone.No **** you fix my screen.The phone it self is fine I cant see that's it.

If it's insured surely you can get a replacement, or at worst get the screen fixed? If not, is there no place there that would repair or replace it?

Been there as well. Cost me 118.00 to repair the screen.Its gonna be cost effective to buy an unlocked one offAmazon,

Phone companies are f*cking bastards, they're always so nice when you're signing a brand new contract with them that's the only time you feel they hook you up but once you signed that contract, you're old news..

your contract and your phone is probably gonna be outdated in a year.

See, they'll work around you just to get you to be their customer but once they get you YOU have to work around them and find loop holes that their representatives always conveniently forget to tell you.

Im sure they probably have your phone's model in the store you got it from, even if they say they don't.

I had a friend who used to work for my old cellphone company and he hooked me up but other representatives never did this even though they legally could.

As a customer all you really care about is getting a decent service but from the perspective of an employee of the company, they really could do more in favor of the customer they just don't give a f*ck.

Sometimes when an employee says "It's outta my hands" what he really means is "It's probably in storage somewhere but im too lazy to get it"

I can't bitch about anything anymore. Because everything is going good for me for once in my future life. Time seems to heal me from all of the negativity I used to consume.
