i won a laptop, but seemingly i cnat pay for it except through paypal, and i like cant, seeing as i ****ed up their verification..... what happens if i want to back out?

ha, Just email the seller that you have to flake and sorry, he might put your rating down but the ebay police aren't going to get you or anything for backing out.

Oh dear.......I hope that their structure fees do change cause thats were I get my guitars and I'm certainly not going to pay more for a used guitar rather then a new one at a cheaper price.They are not thinking things through and this is going to seriously effect them in the long run.
