My calorie consumption today: (jesus I am bored!)

1 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
1 cappucinno with semi skimmed milk
1 carrot, apple and ginger fresh juice
1 cheese and salad sandwich
1 corned beef pasty
1 Green tea with half a sugar
Chips (fries), roasted beetroot and steamed fresh trout
6 cans of lager.

Fairly balanced methinks!

A ham cheese and onion roll sounds divine...I've had some oatmeal, soem microwaveable three-cheese ziti, homemade lasagna, and now I'm about to eat the best fast food burger ever...a Whataburger. *drools*

yeah, but you're forgetting, fruits and vegs 'don't taste good'
of course if you were able to become addicted to fruits and vegs, you would think that stuff like fruity pebbles and ice cream didn't really taste all that good.

Heh! I'm guilty of the same thing too. I kind of wish they didn't make it so readily accessible, though.
