I want to install the Duke Nukem 3d freeware but I have no idea how to. Please help :(

exactly, I use to play Duke Nukem 64 all the time when i was in elementary.....good times.

Right click on the Setup.exe file and change it's compatibility to Windows98 if you haven't done that already.
