there's a lot more to tourette's than screaming profanities. it's about an uncontrollable nervous twitch that manifests itself through various uncontrollable physical reactions. it's not about screaming PIIIIIIISSSSSSSS!!!! at the start of a sentence.

if this video was called funny drunk idiot then i'd be laughing my ass off. not a single one of his outbursts looked like an uncontrollable nervous reaction.

Well here's some news...so do I.

I've worked with a man by the name of Squeak (amongst other 'habits'), for obvious reasons, for the past 12 years, who 'suffers' from tourettes.
He's learned to live with it, doesn't take himself seriously and has a wicked sense of humour.

It's not like the guy has cancer...

Tourettes manifests itself in different forms for people though. Some may be more vocal rather than physical about it.

Tourette's is a syndrome, not a disease... it's not like anyone's dying from it.
People who have it I'm sure accept that they have to live with it, so there's no reason to be offended.
