mackenzie is not supposed to be used as a female name.
it began as a surname, the prefix "mac" means "son of"

alberta isn't highlighted when i check it on wikipedia, so i'll chalk it up to being the graphical equivalent to a typo.

if it wasn't a typo then it's likely as weak attampt at a burn on alberta being stephen harper's home province and the fact that a lot of people want to brand his form of conservative government as being identical to the american republican ideology.
