Well what are you trying to say there?
If you're using comport to refer to the way in which you conduct yourself, you would say "how I should comport myself".
I think you're trying to use comport to mean "be in agreement with", in which case, you're saying "what I should be in agreement with about my hornets' nest", which doesn't seem to make sense. I suppose it could possibly be conceived as "what I should conclude about my hornets' nest", but using it in that way is a bit iffy.
