What is "whacked out music"? Or more important what is on Health Ledger's Ipod?

I have listened to enough psychedelic, space, and others. Listening to music is a very personal experience and each human being is entitled to his/her own opinion.

Is it like Belinda Carlisle - Heaven Is A Place On Earth or what? Maybe Pink Floyd or the Flaming Lips? Those are known though. Is it the band The Locust?
