The world famous Anderson Council is an elite body of people all of whose surnames are Anderson and whom were all born on the 9th November?

No but 100 bonus points for creativity. No such body exists but I think people named Anderson should show some initiative though.

It is a clear reference to the naming of Pink Floyd (I actually was tempted to use that as my username, but whatever). Syd wanted to pay homage to two blues geniuses, Pink Anderson and Floyd Council, when he formed The Pink Floyd Sound. They chose the former names, and you...the latter.
