Music Banter Codes? (youtube, 2007)

When I first joined this site I was unable to post pictures and video code.

Is this always the case or after a certain amount of post are you able to use them?

For pictures it always was <img src=" etc etc and for videos was <object width="445" height="364"> etc etc.

Is there a special way to post pictures and videos ?

Images:

Find the image you want (usually via google). right - click the image and copy the address. Then post in the advanced reply and click on

and paste the address in.

You can embed youtube vids by clicking on this:

and entering the code only of a youtube vid, so delete everything up to and including the equals sign.

Yeah, I think you have to have over 50 posts or something before you can post links, photos, etc.

Image tags look like this: [IMG]url goes here[/IMG]

YouTube tags look like this: [YOUTUBE ] everything after the equals sign in the url goes here and no space between the word "YOUTUBE" and the bracket[/YOUTUBE]

You can also generate the tags for images by clicking on the little image of the mountain in the editor and you can generate YouTube tags by clicking the icon that's all the way to the right in the same row as the image icon.
