Stop waiting for progress towards my goal of feeling like I've left a mark on the world, and actually try (even if it doesn't work out) to work towards it. Not just sit around dreaming.

In all seriousness I have many aims for this year:

Get a decent job
Learn the guitar
Write a screenplay
Cut down on the booze (typical-I'm away for the weekend so this will have to be put off until next week )
Get fit both weights and cycling.
