MAY I JUST CONFIRM i dont have it anywhere near as severe as in the wiki picture, i have no white sh!t lining my mouth. Its just slightly inflamed and sore, but the biggest annoyance is the intensely sore throat, chesty cough, sinus build up and nausea its caused
