One can of bad beer (50 cl): 1.4 US$
One can of good beer (50 cl): 2.1 US$
One bottle of decent wine (750 cl): 9.6 US$
One bottle of decent whiskey (700 cl): 36.2 US$
Note that the Swedish currency is unusually strong against the dollar atm, so the prices are usually slightly lower in American currency, but you get the general picture.

Well, good sir, it's hard to see what you're using as a basis for "good" and "decent". I can tell you that at a Costco market a 30-pack of Keystone beer is roughly $15- or about 50 cents per can of cheap beer. For Pacific craft brews- a 6-pack ranges anywhere from $6.50 to $10.00, so let's just say an average of $1.50 per good beer bottle. The decent wine and decent whiskey prices I think are comparable.
