Indeed "Old Friend Holiday Ale"

Mmmm. Lots of ginger, nutmeg and maybe some cinnamon? Super good, kind of an odd flavor for beer, but still very good.

It's afternoon here and I've got to start work soon so I'm having a cuppa tea.

Milwaukee's Best. Ice, no less. Broke after Christmas shopping. These are dark times.

England of course is the world capital for Real Ale. We even have 'just beer' pubs. Pubs that only sell good Real Ale. No fizzy lager or cream flow chemical crap, no spirits, no wines, no pool tables, no TV, no chips stinking the place out, no yorping kids who can only communicate at high decibel with a pint of Fosters or some other poison in their hands.

And Real Ale is all about personal taste. Like music is. With this in mind you will not beat:

Kelham Island Best.
Trent Navigation Traditional.
Bass poured from the jug.
