hot mulled wine!

i bought a bottle of my favorite pinot and used my secret recipe. it's just right - the perfect combination of sweet, tart, and spicy. the secret is to cook the sugar and spices in orange juice, lemon juice, and water, then to add the wine at the last minute so you don't burn off all the alcohol
