I have to admit, I didn't take that Hamburger Helper picture myself. :o:

I feel terrible.

It's not like it's gonna matter. You can take a picture of your own food that may not look that nice, or you can get a picture off google so people could get could some sort of visual, but really, no ones going to taste it so does it really matter?

Of course it matters. If you want to show off yourself playing a song, you don't youtube it performed by someone else, do you?

Agreed. I'm trying to remember this one type of sushi I've had... it had cream cheese in it and it was delicious.

They tend to call it a Philadelphia Roll*, at least round these parts.

* Probably because of the cheese. How creative.

Here. I made this last night (granted, this is an old photo of the same thing).

Hawaiian chicken, but this time I breaded the chicken with flour and curry, and it wasn't as good as I'd hoped.

That's different because you can actually hear it.
If you get a new shirt and want to show it to somen online, a picture from Google will suffice.

Yeah yeah, but we're supposed to share what we made for dinner in here. I think that the least you could ask for is to have a webcam installed in your kitchen documenting your every meal for archival purposes. This is for example what I had for dinner on february the 13th 2006:

^ I know that food is now 5 years old but it looks awesome.

I don't have photos, but I did fry pickles yesterday. If you've never had a fried pickle, you should go about locating one or getting a recipe. They taste great dipped in ranch dressing.

eh it was just penne with meat sauce, I would understand if it was something special but if you have seen one you have seen them all....they look the same...anyways I still took a bit of some leftovers I had for lunch

A cowboy's breakfast, isn't it?

(Am I the only one who acknowledged the subtle humour in actually having a dated photo of a casual meal prepared five years ago?)

Ah man, here we go again.
Thanks Paloma, you made a topic to make me hungry...
