I made some GBC with canned whole gb's, fresh portobello's, a whole yellow onion, French's crispy fried onions, Campbell's mushroom soup, seasoned with salt/pepper, garlic powder, and dash or two of nut meg. Gonna top it with sharp cheddar tomorrow and melt it just before turkey time.

roasted brussels, carrots, parsnips, turnips, and garlic with ginger, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper.

Just a reduction made from balsamic vinegar, sugar, and triple sec that I tossed the brussels sprouts in after they were done roasting.
