Um... I would think that girls wouldn't hold eating jizz higher than giving head unless they were in really dire need of protein or something, or had some weird jizz eating fetish whilst having an aversion to penises.

Also, I couldn't speak to how common it is to "accidentally" blast a load in a girl's hair, but generally if you're with a girl who you know doesn't want any in her mouth, then she can finish you off anywhere else away from the face, provided you let her know when the time... comes...

Why thank you for your plaudits! While the odds of encountering vegans and vegetarians may be low for partners picked at random, they aren't very low when you tend to travel in the same social circles as large numbers of such people.
