I think that may be a little too extreme, perhaps a flogging?

I use to dislike pineapple and ham pizza until I had some that had fresh pineapple on it rather than the canned ones. The difference in taste was so noticeable and it was good enough to change my opinion on a sweet taste and pizza. However the disrespect of mint chocolate chip is unforgiving (unless that pickle juice added to a vodka martini is as good as he says it is)

I won't eat bananas, yams, ketchup, strawberry ice cream, bacon or fish. I like most seafood though and adore sushi (with crab).
I used to hate pineapple on pizza until at my friends house last year where her mom made a bbq chicken, pineapple and jalapeno pizza. Oh my god, so amazing.

Actually, mint + sweets = over rated. Thin mints are by far the worst cookies on Earth, candy canes are vile, and mint-anything ice cream is just lackluster. Also kind of related, I refuse to brush my teeth with mint tooth paste.
