The only time he really pissed me off was with Plandemic and I still hold that as a black eye against his intellect. It didn’t just piss me off; I lost some respect.

Maybe a spy versus spy deal where they both have dysphoria and think they have the smaller one but they're the same size or something along those lines. Or maybe there's an unrequited love element, so one of them could think that they had the smaller one when in reality the other guy was just way harder when they did the comparison. The direction is ultimately your choice though.
