Ugh I've done that too. Because one HAS to be the most impressive mentally ill person at the clinic/in the psych ward/wherever. I'm sure they totally have secret binders where they put special little sparkly stickers by the names of the best, funniest and smartest patients. (as opposed to a quickly scrawled note saying "seems a little hypomanic" or whatever. certainly not that!)
