Nah, he's been intentionally walking the line for a long time, and especially since he got back from being banned the last time. He's definitely a troll, he's just one of those trolls who can't decide whether they want to be a member of the community or disrupt it. I think getting banned legitimately hurt his feelings, and he reacted accordingly.
