Everything that could've gone wrong in the build-up to my return to uni has gone right. The weather's great, so it actually feels like a summertime around here for a change. I'm listening to a Dreadzone album right now and it's immensely awesome. ^ I am really looking forward to seeing them in October now (courtesy of a good mate). I've nearly finished what I've been working on for the last 2-3 months. Wigan are off to a flyer, beating the Villa with one of the best performances I've seen from them in almost a year. Not rad The new Premier League season's not over yet. Money is still annoyingly tight, and it will be for another 4 weeks(ish). My home booze supply is running out, unless I feel like drinking Tia Maria (and that shouldn't happen to any man). |

Tom Waits' "Rainbirds" is such a beautiful song. I'm going to see my parents' friends in two hours, and they're pretty cool. Psyched to play his congas. I reminded myself I've got a girlfriend. Totally rad. I know who I am. I found this totally awesome sippy cup thing with a giant plastic darth vader sticking up from it. I got some new studio headphones. I went on a serious run at 12 noon in the blistering heat and it was great. Not Rad: I feel like all my friends are over 20 Two of my under 20 friends aren't going to be at my school next year. Bummer -----> Rad: I didn't like them anyway Not Rad (Continued): My gig as a guest guitarist for my friend's band got cancelled. Bummer |
