to make a recipe (tomorrow night, probably) for grilled corn brushed with herb butter with baked cornbread crumbs and chopped toasted corn nuts sprinkled on top. I love grilled corn but usually eat it plain and this recipe sounds interesting.

My mom bought me the game "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword" with the golden Wii remote. And I've definitely made my money's worth of it and will continue to play it. Even though she doesn't have much money, she was glad to see me continue to play it.

That makes sense, it's about a year long.

I bought a pair of muay thai shorts to wear in the ring, and some books on fighting techniques. I've got pinfalls and breakdowns, submissions, and throws. All of these will be horribly informative and helpful to making my wrestling style really have logic and realism to it.

I also bought some smokes and got my driver's license renewed.

So does anybody have any Black Friday items they know they're going to buy?

I'm strongly considering buying a Google Nexus 7 tablet for $229 for a 32gb model. It's only $30 from the base model and I've heard from a lot of reliable sources that this is the best 7" tablet.

I might buy $40 in clothes at Old Navy for Mario on the Wii U. Maybe a new Video Card or SSD.

I've never purchased anything on black friday. I hate crowds that much. I should have made an exception this year though because my iPod's audio jack is ****ed. Nothing but the right side of the headphones/car stereo. I'm going to get a new 64gb touch but I have to wait til Christmas because my GF is buying it for me. Looks like it's back to making mix cds. Good thing I have all those extra blanks.

i ended up getting the iphone 5....ironically and somewhat unintentional on "black friday"

i also picked up a cheap dvd player and a four pack of all the Superman movies for a friend birthday that night :)

Bought a 25" LED computer monitor. Now I have 3 monitors, which is perfect for music production. Win.
Also bought a 240GB SSD to suppliment the 2 80GB SSDs I got from work, and the 1TB HHD. 5 drives now, including my 250GB Caviar Black. Computer has entered beast mode.

I'll wait until Cyber Monday before I buy something just because it's on sale. I bought this stuff prior to any black Friday deals, because I wanted it for a while. I don't go to the stores to do that. There's absolutely no reason when you can get a larger variety of items at deep price gouges over the 'net without having to sardine yourself in the middle of sweaty, violent shoppers.

I already have a few weather apps, but this one is just so gorgeous. My only gripe is that the drop shadows seem to be unrealistically distant.
