Yeah that full stop should have been a comma, i'd have no alternative im afraid.

I have highlighted singular because while not explicitly incorrect it is contextually awkward and I feel is used more to denote something specific rather than making a vague suggestion towards an event.

If you want to avoid a long lugubrious lecture from Banard17 on proper literacy accuracy, avoid ending sentences with prepositions and use spell check from now on.
