Go into your User CP then click on the "Your Profile" tab, then statistics then "Find All Posts By Conan". Every post you made should be up there, all you have to do is just go over it, find the posts with cursing in it, then edit and proceed. Shouldn't take you more than a few hours with your post count, just brew some coffee, make a playlist, and dedicate some time in the evening.

Seconded. It's a very long story which I won't tell in full but essentially a former colleague lost their job because of something they had on their myspace along with their employment information. Simply put it's not worth adding onto your profile: it's simple enough to be vague "Oh I work in retail" but as soon as you put a company name in their said company has to protect their image and essentially will turn you into their bitch to do that.

If google won't stop forming the link it's really much easier and simpler to get a new account and remove any traces of company information from the old one.
