Panic Attack

SO i quit smoking marijuana for about two years.

Now i started again and i am getting panic attacks.

Like not being able to breathe, heart racing and such like that.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Or does anyone know what this is caused by

That's your brain not being use to functioning fully. When I was detoxing last year I got those all the time, if they persist or get worse I'd suggest going to a doctor.

Or you know, stop smoking pot.

I got one sometime last year when I smoked for the first time in a long time, scary as hell and turned me off doing it for another four months. If you need to, get a scrip for Xanax, very effective dealing with that crap.

Practice makes perfect, try smoking it more often...like when you make a cup of tea or whilst having a relaxing bath.

...Isn't the answer quite obvious? Or is it just me?

It's just you.

^ lol.

Ya know, I can kind of relate here. I have social anxiety disorder and when I smoke, that definitely exacerbates matters. But there are variables you can control, such as location, setting, and who you hang out with.
Being in a familiar place and with familiar people makes it a lot easier to get a handle on. And the more you do it, the easier it is to control when you feel the fringe creeping in while in less hospitable environments.
