So appropriate for ALL AGES. Too bad the Cadbury was bought out by Kraft. |

Sometimes I watch Hannah Montana Forever on Disney. Not even that I think Miley Cyrus is hot or anything, but it's just a really funny show that makes me lol sometimes.

I suppose the fact that I still play role-playing games could be constituted as age-inappropriate but it sure as fuck beats the age-appropriate activities my age demographic is suppose to be doing.

i only wish there were more people around that were at least somewhat behaviorally compatible with my age inappropriate activities.
role playing games? still have a big stack of 2nd edition D&D manuals. plenty of homemade adventures and maps. warhammer 40k? too pricey for kids, too childish for adults. rockband / guitar hero? as a musician i'm supposed to hate these, as an adult i'm supposed dismiss it as child's play. as a geek who played guitar i effing LOVE drumming these tunes (Jesus Christ Pose is going to take some legitimate practice before i can ever get through it, and getting to 98% in The Camera Eye is heartbreaking). as for the pokemon thing.... it all depends on where you go. when i was in college i was one of maybe 3 people in my class (of over 20 'adults') who wasn't playing that game. the head of our department even took a van load of students on a road trip so they could all buy GBAs and either the Red or Blue version of the game. |
I regularly watch The Wiggles while bathing in canola oil. Afterwards I smoke a cigar.

Trying to find people my age (early to mid 20's) who play pen and paper RPG's is getting increasingly harder. The current group I'm gaming with are in their late 30's and remember playing Vampire: The Masquerade back in like '92 when first edition came out.I think for kids born in the '90's and raised on 32-bit+ graphics as their prime gaming medium, the pen and paper crowd will definitely suffer. For so many gamers graphics are everything and playing a game where you're forced to use your own imagination is ludicrous.
I also think there are the people who believe that playing games like Dungeons & Dragons or Warhammer 40K is something one is suppose to grow out of by the time they reach college. I dunno I think I may be speaking out my ass at this point, nothing but a whole lot of conjecture with no real substance. Personally I love pen and paper role-playing games and have since my junior year in high school. |
I think I am just age inappropriate full stop! I often like to colour in. I have a Disney Princess and Barbie colouring in book. I still collect dolls. Yep.
