I've made some killer brownies and delicious pie last year.

Hey, don't knock soup.
Soup is my favorite thing to make. Soup is delicious, nutritious, lasts a while, and is usually easy to make. Soup is the best.

Let's be real. Pho is the best soup of all time.

Meh, if we're talking Asian soups it's coconut curry any day every day all of the days. For me, anyways. Any sort of potato, sweet potato, or other starchy root vegetable-based soup is my all-time favorite though. There's something especially magical about potatoes and parsnips together, too. Potatoes and carrots is nice. But parsnips? Cloud nine, man. Cloud 9.

I've been meaning to try something with a coffee-based broth. That probably sounds disgusting to most people but coffee is seriously underused in savory applications. There's potential there. Somewhere. And I intend to find it.

I know you're a vegetarian but pho dude...it's tops.

I've had veggie friendly pho. Still meh compared to coconut curry. If I'm not mistaken it's usually made with beef? I actually don't know but the one I had was noodles, tofu, those bean sprout things, and some other veggies. The broth and noodles were definitely delicious but the rest was meh.
