Warning about Abet Disc
 

Hello all,

My band recently put out our new album and ordered our DigiPacks through Abet Disc (abetdisc dot com). After a terrible experience, I am compelled to alert the music community. We ordered 500 copies and sent them our designs and the money required. Upon receiving our order, we were short 48 DigiPacks.

Calling the company resulted in being ignored and hung up on for three business days. After several lengthy conversations with a manager we were told that all the orders are "sometimes subject to a 10% difference in actual ordered quantity", which is a load of crap. Why would we order from a company that does not produce orders in full?:banghead:

So we paid for 500 copies as well as the shipping of these 500 copies, but were told we would have to pay MORE money to receive the additional 48 copies that they still owe us.

Order from Abet Disc At Your Own Risk! They will take your money, fail to produce your order in full, and then try to scam you for more money in order to complete the original order.

Never heard of this company. I'd recomend CD Baby for next time though.
