I used to smoke Marlboro Smooth and Camel Frost, and that was what they tasted like. |
i could never get into the manly stuff like Dunhill and Marlboro Reds
they make me cough too much and i get a lot of phlegm |
I can't smoke manly cigarettes either. I guess I can smoke Reds to a certain extent, but they're not my preference.
I absolutely can NOT smoke Camel full flavor. They make me feel like I'm growing balls and need to pursue a life as a cowboy. That is something I am not down with. |

If I'm broke:
http://www.tobaccolabels.ca/download...=0&data=larger If I'm happy: http://www.raymondloewy.org/images/g...cky_strike.jpg My go to: http://wapedia.mobi/thumb/ebe1506/en...jpg?format=jpg Should I be unable to find any unfiltered of quality no worse than Pall Mall: http://www.tobaccolabels.ca/download...=0&data=larger I prefer unfiltereds because the draw is easier, they taste better (because they use better tobacco), and people rarely bum them from you. Well, people will bum Lucky Strikes, but usually when people ask me for a smoke, and I say it's unfiltered, they make a face like they just sucked on a lemon and walk away. Sadly, though, unfiltereds are going the way of the dinosaur. So I'm having to buy filtered more often, and although Winston's are my go-to, I switch it up. Winston Reds, Marlboro Reds, Kamel Red's I almost buy whenever I see them (which is rarely), Benson & Hedges, Parliament's, whatever. I do, however, ****ing hate lights. They taste disgusting, and you can't just tear the filter off. Smoking a light sans filter is disgusting - absolutely disgusting. The tobacco tastes horrible. |
^Where do you live?! You can't find Marlboro Reds and you can still find filterless cigs? The only filterless cigs to be had around where I live, is at the naval exchange where you can get Lucky Strikes, but since it's on a military base, only military personnel can get them.

NE Missouri. Everyone from Illinois, Iowa comes here to get Tobacco. There's two proper, just tobacco-stores in West Quincy, a few in Hannibal, I think there's a handful south of Iowa.... and the gas stations near the borders generally have attached discount tobacco stores, too. So I'm not stuck with having to choose between RJ Reynolds & Phillip Morris's typical stock, and I like to try different brands. The only thing I have never been able to find is unfiltered pall mall menthols.
But, sorry for the confusion, I can find Marlboro Reds - I was referring to Kamel Reds. And, yeah, I can finds a bunch of different types of unfiltered out here. Mostly because out of staters come here in droves for tobacco, and because old farmers don't give a ****. I know this old guy who smokes two packs a day of these godawful cheap cigarettes - his voice is so deep and scratchy, it's insane. Tom Waits doesn't compare. |
I use the green tobacco. ;)
