Topic v. Topic

It's very simple. Vote for the thread's discussion content for the month. If you post here, only talk about whatever topic is in the lead. Don't talk about what you'd like to see win, just discuss what's winning. Try not even to mention the OP or the other options.

Send me suggestions for next month, but these are the one's for Jan.

IN CASE OF A TIE
try to make each post relate to both subjects. Have fun :)

Apparently there's this stuff called Alligator Cheesecake, which is just as it sounds... cheesecake with alligator meat! :O

Can you tell it's a music forum?

This is a popular game on another forum I post on, it's in the lounge, what's the problem?

Nooo no I wasn't trying to say there was something wrong with your thread, my looove. I just thought it was funny that all of the votes were for anything but Tom Waits when I looked. ;P Just thought it was funny. <3 loveloveloveyou and wasn't challenging your thread.

Edit: cept Annie. ;P You would.

Scarlett O'Hara 01-05-2011 04:16 AM

Just because I'm an *******, I voted Tom Waits.

Guybrush 01-05-2011 05:12 AM

Because I'm a warty, mucus filled, sore and puss-erupting anus, I also voted Tom Waits.

MoonlitSunshine 01-05-2011 07:36 AM

I voted Obscure Foods as I'm hoping that we can engineer a tie between Tom Waits and Obscure Foods, cause that would be one awesome conversation.

MoonlitSunshine 01-05-2011 07:52 AM

Scrap that, due to some interesting voting, we might just be able to orchestrate a tie between every topic.

SATCHMO 01-05-2011 09:41 AM

An embarrassing video of Tom Waits singin' about diner food:

someonecompletelyrandom 01-05-2011 11:36 AM

"chile in a bowl / burgers and fries / Ieeouugjahh (?)

But really, Tom is a cool guy. I thought I heard he's now a vegan? Is that true?

zachsd 01-05-2011 09:29 PM

Tom Waits talking about weird food, literally.

The intro to Satchmo's song.

I love you.

someonecompletelyrandom 01-06-2011 12:01 AM

Alright, obscure foods y'all. It's fairly common, but I loooooove a Monte Cristo sandwich. It's a ham sandwich deep-fried and covered in powered sugar, to be dipped in raspberry jam.

Paedantic Basterd 01-06-2011 12:15 AM

The only kind of monte cristo I've ever had is just ham and cheese between french toast.

Er. Bone Machine is the ****.

Dirty 01-06-2011 12:19 AM

You take Lebanon Bologna

and you get some:

Then you get the most famous thing about my town:

You put them in between two slices of bread and you have yourself something delicious

s_k 01-06-2011 06:44 PM

Tom waits and Obscure Foods...
Ah, Tom sure knows about obscure foods.
He apparently eats poisoned towns or something like that.

Haha, really? Kraft has the best Mac and cheese ever. Eating it reminds me of the cover of Rain Dogs actually... I'm not even making that up.

Paedantic Basterd 01-06-2011 11:08 PM

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy makes me crave Cheezies.

someonecompletelyrandom 01-06-2011 11:11 PM

What are Cheezies?

Cheez-Its and Coca-Cola is a regular meal for me.

simplephysics 01-07-2011 04:55 PM

I have shamelessly killed a bottle of this in the process of an hour. At least crackers where involved.

Could be worse. You could've ended up munching on some of these monstrosities;

All this talk of topics is reminding me of how awesome these things are;

Or at least were. Been so long since I actually bought one of them they're might not even be around anymore for all I know.
