I now wonder what drinking beers with Django Reinhardt, Elephant Sack and a Wild Turkey would be like.

Definitely. He seems like he would be an interesting person to talk to.

Trust me when I say this that Hendrix was the first musician I've ever been obsessed with, but I wouldn't want to talk to him. He seems like he'd lose his attention to someone when in a conversation. I'd much rather compose music with him though. :)

Unfortunately, I'm related to Andrew Jackson. He'd be a fun person to talk to but he was a terrible president.

I used to have this daydream in which I'm somehow sent back through time and get to meet Leonardo Da Vinci so he'd definetly be on the top of my list :D Aside from Da Vinci, great scientists like Gallileo Galilei, Isaac Newton and - of course - Charles Darwin are people I'd like to meet.

When it comes to dead musicians, I'd very much like to spend a day with Frank Zappa. Or, although she's not dead, I'd also love to go back in time to the late 70s or very early 80s and spend a day or two with Kate Bush at East Wickham farm.

I dont think he would lose attention if Hendrix felt comfortable with you. It seems like he had a weird sense of seeking approval from most. Strange as that may sound. His overall all demeanor when Hendrix was sober was kind of shy and uncomfortable. Like he didnt really know how to socialize if he wasnt drunk or on something. I think thats why he was such a great musician is cause expressing his thoughts/feelings musicly came more natural to him. A&E had a really good biography segment on Hendrix. It revealed a lot I didnt know about him, and shed some light on his personality and character. The segment I caught was about an hour and a half long. Ive tried to find it online, but the only ones I find are 20 minute condensed versions.

He wouldn't feel comfortable with me. I am an extremely awkward person to talk to unless that person knows me well.
