Ha! I know I should delete this and probably ban you for spamming, but I'm kind of amused by this and I kind of want see if I can use it to make friends. :laughing:

It's not new it's been around for a while, why on earth is someone spamming for it? It is kind of stalkerish though, I set up a profile a few months back just for a larf and just to see what matches would come up but I would never realistically use it.

This is the closest I've come to considering online dating but it doesn't look too likely it will work for me. I'm a big stranger to not only online dating but dating in general. Based on the results I saw without signing up for the site, I'm not impressed (with the top artists of the girls they recommended me)... and so it just seems like their algorithm could use work and perhaps more people.
I bookmarked it. If I turn 25 and still haven't been on a date I'm gonna try online, and I might start with this if its still around. |

This is a sublime idea, I find that shared musical tastes is the determining factor if I will get on with a girl.

Y'know, as I've stumble along life, I've often wondered whether meeting a girl with my exact musical taste would bring romance to me.
Then I went to a Jandek show, and saw the girls there. And a Melt-Banana show, and saw the girls there (or at least, the ones who weren't dragged there by their boyfriends). And a Boris show. And a harsh noise show featuring the Rita and Blue Sabbath, Black Cheer. At all of these shows, I paid close attention to conversations the girls in question were having (creeper much? maybe just a little). And I realized that, while a lot of the women who are into the music that I'm into are pretty ridiculously hot, most of them are stoned out of their gourds, bat**** insane, pretentious as ****, or some horrible combination of all of the above. I think I'll be content if I can just find a girl who will tolerate me listening to both Masonna AND Madonna. |
Ok I was goofing around on this and one of my matches just messaged me and said "hey"... what do I do what do I do I've never used a dating website before.
Yeah the only girl that I know in my town that has a similar music taste to mine is one of the most annoying and most attention-seeking girls I've ever met. She used to post videos on facebook every 15 minutes, at least until I hid her from my news feed. She has a boyfriend though and is one of me ex's best friends. All the girls in my town seem to dress normal and listen to chart rubbish, dunno where all the interesting ones are. |
