Resting heart rate.

For the heck of it.

What's your resting heart rate? Mine's usually between 44 and 52 when I'm sitting here.

69, which, according to wikipedia, is right smack dab in the middle of the average.

68, i think

when i'm active, it goes over 100 cos i'm usually pretty stressed

CanwllCorfe 10-27-2011 09:09 PM

Right now it's 78. I never know how accurate it is, because when I think about timing it or figuring out what it is I get nervous (I have anxiety issues). I don't know how quickly your heart rate goes up when you start to feel nervous though.

62 which ain't bad for a 53 year old.

Mine usually sites at 47. When I had surgery last year and was in the post anesthesia unit, my pulse was like 37-39.

Mine is death.approaching

If I eat a hotdog, my blood pressure rises so high that I can't sleep, because the beating distracts me.

I won't live long.
Love me now.

I counted mine at exactly 60.

ThePhanastasio 10-28-2011 12:56 AM

I'm anywhere between 45-53 BPM. I was told by a physician that my lungs and heart rate make no sense, especially considering I smoke. I'm apparently in great shape for a smoker. That's pretty nice - I do have iron deficiency anemia, though, which isn't healthy.

I haven't had it accurately taken, but last time I measured it rsting (which was a few months ago) it was 67. Yeah, I'm that unfit.
