90's Revival

I'm not sure if it's just in Aus or everywhere round the world..... it seems that everyone is taking a massive trip down 90's lane. It's in fashion, music, hipsters....everywhere.

Most of my childhood was during the 90's. I remember it as such a raw, obscure and poppy era, and have the best memories of that time.

What are your thoughts? Should the 90's stay in the 90's, should we embrace it, are you excited to be able to relive aspects of that era? What do you wanna see come back?

Personally I'm happy that I can now get clothes that suit my 90's tastes but otherwise I'm sort of sceptical towards hipsters trying to pull it off. I also want to see blow up alien toys (or anything blow up) come back. And the resurgence of 90's pop groups is exciting!!! I am thinking about seeing Hanson later this year, but I don't think they would sound like they did back in the day.

we already had an 80s revival not so long ago and the only good thing that came out of it was The Bravery

i hope more good things come out of this 90s revival

the 90s were a period of transition for me, from studying to work life

it was also the time my insanity fully blossomed

so - bittersweet times

I can already see showing your naval is back. Which is very Delores from the Cranberries.

I have an album dedicated to it.

Back in the 90s it seemed that everyone was taking a massive trip down the 70s lane. It was in fashion, music, hipsters... everywhere.

Seems about right that now in the 2010s it's grasping onto the 90s.

I'd add Interpol and the Killers to that list. The Bravery were definitely borrowing from the 80's and i liked their album also.

Last I heard Rob Liefeld escaped from artist jail so perhaps it's true, a revival of the '90's in every facet of the popular culture... joy...

Yes. I buried my comics in a storage unit in 94.
