Right, here is where you pose a hypathetical scenario or situation to the other members of this forum, and hopefully we will get little discussions going. To be honest I only really started this thread to pose one hypathetical situation to people, because I was having a really ****ed up conversation about it with all the ****ing weirdos in the architecture studio last week, but I have a few scenarios we also brought up that are important to talk about I think. Also, please post your own after I have posted and after discussing my scenario and seeing an example of the one I have posted.

What if........




When you cut your hair ( by a scissors or whatever )........

Well first of all, everyone would have longer hair for one, even the guys. Secondly, barbers and hairdressers would be out of the business. I mean, if I am cutting off a part of myself and it is going to bleed, I would either want to do it myself or get a surgical proffesional to do it.

A friend of mine, we will call him Sandwich, even posed the scenario... Imagine if when your hair was cut, not only would it bleed, but start crying, he thought that would be sad.( Sandwich is a bit weird )


Please! Please discuss.

I really need to be stoned for this I feel, but what the heck.

Obviously people would be way less vain about their hair, some people may never cut it at all because it would be like cutting your skin. People with shaved heads would be the most rebellious mother****ers alive, that or just look like they got in horrible accidents.

Getting gum stuck in there would be a whole new kind of nightmare.

Balding men and people with alopecia would be considered humanitarians.

Oh jesus yeah, getting gum stuck would suck! And everyone would probably grow their hair in dreadlocks? Or would they comb their hair? Hmmm.

Because if you got a whole dreadlock cut off...I mean...thats a lot of blood lost, but at the same time, you are not losing hair every time you comb it. Pony tails would be a good idea too I think, keep your hair safe.





Yeah good point Exoskeletal. I think it needs saying that if you view your hair as another dude on your head, the idea that you are balding is like..." Auh man, theres a hairy dude dying on my head, thats ****ed up "

I wouldn't cut a dude if he was chillin on my head, you know what I'm sayin?

Maybe our bodies are just a growth medium for the hair and our sense of self is merely the collective consciousness of all the hairs feeding on our heads? When they reach maturity they fall off and go off to start a new body.

Man, you literally just blew my friggin mind.

Here's one: what if we are all actually mentally challenged. We think that we take drugs when we really just take our vitamins, the instruments that we play are just toys, us and our friends go on playdates instead of hanging out, etc. Would this mean that those who we see as the mentally challenged are actually the intelligencia that keeps society together, and we are just hassling them when we think that we're helping them?

I've had a few playdates where me and my friends took several vitamins and discussed this thought to a great extent.

I laughed so loud at this. I think it's because you're being deadly serious.

Anyway, plaits would be good too. They can stay in for dayssss so you wouldn't have the risk of combing so often. Straighteners and other heated hair styler things would be a no no too, they make your hair snap! Imagine that?! It'd be a bloodbath.

Idk if mentioned already but imagine a hair straightener. It would be like puttin your head in the oven.

What frigging hair? :(
