Do you have a job? If so, what do you do. Do you believe that knowing you love what you do is better than getting paid lots of s**T.

A waiter. I don't get paid a lot and I hate what I do.

Waitress, I get paid quite a bit but I have to pay my parents about half of it for rent or I get kicked out when I turn 16. And the hours suck. I can come home one night thinking I can do coursework and revision, but then they ring me up and I have to go into work.. I could be working till 7, I could be working till gone midnight. Meh, I dont wanna work :(

sh*it man, what kind of parents are those?!?!you're not even 16 and you're working??what's up with that?shouldn't you be in school and living it up..?like me...?i'm 22 and still smooching off my parents...because i go to college, and that's the way it's supposed to be, i mean, i'll look after them when they're old!

i work at a gun club in the summer. where a bunch of old men smoke cigars and shoot little clay pigions... is really annoying.

i had a job.,....not since sunday. iv had four jobs, and iv been fired from everyone of them. iv got an interview at a 7/11 o friday. that would be the best and easiest job. working 12-5 at night earning triple time, sitting there drinking squishies.if i get the job, im set.

I work as an accountant for a major german oil company and occasionally as a mechanic...whenever needed...wage is lousy...but it pulls me though.. :rolleyes:

Hah I got asked if my parents were descendants of Hitler once, that made me laugh... Nah theyre ok I guess, they just keep feeding me that line "we're doing it for you". Because working my ass off in the middle of my exams sure is helping me... Meh, Im not too worried, Ill be leavin soon I guess.

ok i'm overreacting here.. it may be for your good... but it's a bit weird.. i'd like to work though.. but not to pay someone back with MY money

I work as an admin and finance worker for a charity that helps homeless people or people with housing problems.... so basically i do all the paperwork. its a good job, great people. pays not the best in the world but its not an issue coz im happy.
