Like many others here I generally attempt to avoid it at all costs, because my life isn't so dull that I need to artificially induce drama into it to make it seem worth living. There are some people I know who can misconstrue my deadpan gallows humour, so I typically just censor myself around them to avoid confrontation. If confrontation does ensure then I usually try and nip it in the bud at the start before it can do any longterm damage, and I've had pretty mixed results. Then of course there's always my nuclear option where I just cut off contact with the person, which I try to reserve, but have used multiple times. I don't know if it's because I'm more introverted than some, but I just don't seem to have that big a deal with cutting off connections if I don't think they're working out for me.

Sometimes I will discuss it with a neutral party to get a more objective grasp of the situation, but that's usually when I'm very personally invested in the situation and certain I'm not looking at it rationally.

Usually, I try to remove myself from the situation and really consider where each person is coming from, if they're truly in the wrong, and what I can do to rectify the situation. If the answer is, "Nothing," a lot of times I'll just sit down with the person and have a talk, to see if some middle ground can be reached.

I'm not a huge fan of drama or conflict, but I do have a compulsion to try my damnedest to keep the peace.

I hate drama. What I do is that either I try to find solution or I ignore the situation. I mean after all I get made fun for loving Franco and Pepe Kalle.

If I find the solution with the person whom I have issue with then we try to speak to find what we have in common in life so we could become great friends.

From what I've seen here with women, most of them do cause drama, but it seems to be the rational kind, and they don't just fight with other women. Sometimes it's about something rude someone has said, or something unfair has taken place. So I don't really know if the drama is entirely unjust. Usually I would make a comment there.

The only horrible drama I've seen is between lesbians, fighting about girls, which multiplies the drama by at least 3.

apparently it never goes away, when i graduated high school. I thought it would go away and people still dont stop. They start rumors or have a bitch fit over something that happened 4 years ago. Like this one girl she started on me because she tried to hook up with my guy best friend and he rejected her because she was "untapable". But **** like that I try my best to stay out of it but it always finds me because people are haters :)
