 We actually fight over who was supposed to take out the trash that week. We're both lazy bastards.

I'm guessing it goes down to whoever can't push the trash down any further?

Gender is a social construct. There's nothing inherent in DNA that directs us to fulfill any particular roles or expectations.

Actually it only has meaning in the sociological sense. Sociology being the study of human social behavior. Gender is a huge factor in human social behavior even if it is a social construct. Especially if it is a social construct. Is it...?

True, I suppose (I'm no geneticist). I think that a much more interesting discussion would be about what it means to be an adult regardless of gender.

It has implications, certainly, but the study defines it as a hypothetical construct that serves only to roughly categorize people, ultimately into a hierarchy of inequalities.

As for the second part, yes, that would be interesting.

Friend of mine made this cover
He and his band are ****ing amazing. And quasi-famous, seeing as he's had songs on the Bionic Commando 2 soundtrack, and the guitar player is Chris Feener.

They know the answers to the questions you seek.

I think being a man means a lot in different places. Are we talkin North American man? It might help if we picked a location.

Well, your farts are expected to be of a certain potency and pressure I think when your a man. You don't want some lil wimpy fart (fluff) cramping your style when expectations are high. Also you want to be able at any given time almost be able to break wind on command, and bring tears to the eyes of those you share your farts with most with the rancid odor. There's little room for error in this unforgiving world of flatulence, and the ones who prosper the most are the gassiest bastards of men.

What if that epic fart turns out to be an epic shart? Then you have a problem.

No, but that would be fun. I'd lose because he's a lot stronger than me though.
