I've pretty much given up for good at this point. I'm still kind of wary to go near groups of friends smoking at parties though so I guess I'm not 100% out of the danger zone yet.

Get a good E-Cig, even if it costs more. Usually last about two and a bit months.
Can get pretty cheap cartridges online, but the battery/bit that makes the smoke is what matters essentially. I am an almost exclusive E-Cigger at the moment. |

So what do e-cigarettes actually do? Do they just give you the satisfaction of smoking a real cigarette? I guess it's different for everyone, but I'm just wondering.

They give you the "hit" which is what I smoked for initially, before getting addicted.
Also replaces the action of smoking itself. |
Also for the oral fixation too. Some people just need to have something in their mouth.
