Any way I can make my avatar larger?

Every time I upload it it stays the same small size...
It's not even the actual size..It's much larger than it shows on this site.

There's a secret thread that only a select few people know that will change your avatar to a bigger size. You have to be a member for over three years to do this and then go through an initiation, but don't worry some asshat above me is going to tell you where to go anyway.
