Police respond to dog-bite suit by releasing video of man battering bus
I seem to recall there was a thread about this a while back, just stumbled across this video that was later released by the police as part of their defense of the situation. Anyone else recall this? I seem to recall someone here was actually related to the guy in some way, was wondering what they thought of the vid? |
Ah yes, he's my cousin. I posted that clip in the shouty along with the thread I started containing the original news article and clip.
I'm glad that full security video is out there. The whole world can now see how much of a douche he is. He's never going to get out of that vicious cycle - he's recently gone back to dealing heroin and coke because he got fired from yet another job for showing up high as ****. |
I think that most everyone here has family relation or at least knows someone that has a drug problem. Drugs are available on almost every street corner in every major city and most small town too.
In my time, I have seen so many good people fall to the control of some type of drug. Wheter it's crack, heroin, prescription drugs, alcohol, and the list just goes on and on. Alot of the people I used to know that were hooked on some type of drug (or drugs) are actually dead now and thats sad, especially if you knew them on a personal basis. I dont have the answer. |
Yeah I think he started out with weed and pills (using and selling) when he was like 14 or 15 and it's all gone downhill from there. My grandmother enabled him for the longest time by sending him money orders, thinking that he'd do something positive with all that cash, but he always bought drugs before groceries, etc. My aunt stopped that real fast when she found out he was just using it as drug money.
Vancouver's Downtown Eastside is where he still lives - it's probably one of the most sketchy neighbourhoods in North America. |

Yeah, I´ve heard that the men there don´t raise their hats when a lady walks by. |
This thread makes me worried for my brother.

Then they just cut off the financial support and forced him to figure things out for himself (yeah at like age 30). It's less stress on his siblings and parents. |
