i write out guides to making a sogn by a particular artist....

eg how to make a ratm song

1. learn drop d petatonic scale
2. pick random notes and add them together to make a riff with bass doubling
3. add some drop d power chords strummed as heavy as possible
4. chuck in some double kick for good measure
5. finish off with a sprinkling of political hip-hop and some "**** you i wont do what you tell me"

when that happens to me i thrash out random chords on my guitar as loud as i can

if i was cool enough to play the guitar, id most likely do the same thing.
