it's so weird to think that I'm almost 10 years older than you (save a few precious months) and you're already a few years into your teens.

I remember a time when I thought everyone was older than me, and now I feel so old compared to a large percent of internet users.

I'm only 8.

I wish I did better in school and met more people. I squandered a lot of opportunities by being overly shy and pessimistic and I really regret that now. I burned a lot of bridges back then without even realizing it and sometimes it feels like I'm stuck on an island with nowhere to go now and no one to turn to now.

If you're joking, you seriously act way more mature than most at your age. And if you're not joking, you still act way older than you are.
