--The 2013 Music Banter Awards!--
Okay, so I'm going to finally do something for this community of ours and lead this sh*t. I've been a loafer for a long time and it's time to pay the dealer. From what I remember I believe everybody posted their nominees directly in this thread so everybody can see it/be offended by it. We're going to do that again. I'm going to post the categories (a wonderful list contributed by Manky) and you guys can post whatever you like. Don't feel obligated to post a nominee in a category you are no informed on. This will skew voting. THE DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSIONS WILL BE NEW YEARS! THAT IS MIDNIGHT OF JANUARY 1ST PEOPLE. I'll count the votes and declare winners in the following brand new days of 2014. Member of the Year: Butthead I don't think he likes me very much and I seldom agree with his opinions but he's amusing and I like his simple honesty. Journal of the Year Best Music Contributor: Gavin B The guy consistently posts good tunes. Best Music Taste: Psychedelic Dude His taste in reggae is sublime. Best Plug DJ Contributor Most diverse music taste: Gavin B Comes across as a true music lover who pays genres little mind. Most mainstream music taste: djchameleon Not a criticism, just the way I see it. Worst music taste Lounge Lizard of the Year: Butthead Again, the guy's one of the most amusing and funny personalities on here.
