Could be over-sleeping. You may have sleep apnea. Lack of nutrition(simple rule, "good" food gives you energy "bad" makes you fatigued) Coffee won't really help after you've built a tolerance. For some people it makes them more tired, i'm one of them. My grandpa had to drink coffee to go to sleep every night so go figure. Could be obsessive focusing on being fatigued, your brain can produce the symptoms you think. Maybe your not directly depressed but don't have much to do/look forward to. I'm taking a trip to an island in mexico and feel more energized than i had this summer just knowing im bout to do some dope **** in mexico |
