I made cabbage rolls. Here's a picture from the recipe I used:

Wound up subbing a few things here and there. Purple cabbage instead of green. Quinoa instead of bulgur. Threw some toasted almonds in as well. I wanna figure out a way to sneak a poached egg in there too. Poached eggs, veggies, quinoa, and almonds wrapped in cabbage and covered in tomato sauce? Yeah. I'll be having some of that when I figure out how to do it without overcooking the eggs and not undercooking everything else.

I made a chicken and chickpea casserole in the slow cooker. Delish. Nothing beats slow cooked meat.

Not as good as the Cadbury creme eggs! Mmmm.
