Your absolute earliest concrete memory?

Was at my grandparents house and there was a lot of people there all dressed up in black and grey like ready for church. A ton of food was laid out. Clearly remember sitting in front of the B&W oval television and seeing this:

November 25, 1963. I was 3.5 years old. I can't remember a damn thing previous to this.

Mine was when I got my dog Jazz for my second birthday. I remember they put her in a box and when I opened it, she was facing the inside of the box and I saw her tail first. Then she ran out and I was really excited. That's all I can remember.

I remember lying in bed at age two and thinking, "Gee whiz, I can't wait until I'm eight!". When I turned eight, I looked back and also thought, "Man, being fourteen must be awfully cool." Now that I'm almost fifteen, I think, "Damn, I don't want to be twenty." But yeah, that's my earliest memory.

I also remember when I was three or so going to preschool for the first time. There was this little girl that was crying and wanted her mom to stay and I was thinking "what a little bitch" or something along those lines. Then when my mom tried to leave I had a breakdown.

Everyone's dumb but me.

I remember being really really young like 2 or 3, and having my dad go into a record store that was right by where we lived at the time. I remember being really freaked out by a lot of the stuff I saw in there, and the guys would play nothing but experimental electronic music. But yeah I remember going in there a lot.

I remember my third birthday. There is some stuff before that, but it's too vague.

Being twenty is awesome.

Oh, I can remember the first time I put my head underwater, although it's only a snapshot. I probably would have been eighteen months or so. Have to check with my mom.

I must've been about 2 at the time. I was sitting in dad's lap. It was summer and he was making chocolate milk (with the syrup and the milk because we were broke as hell). I guess he got a little carried away with stirring it because he broke the glass and it got all over the place - especially on me.

To this day I have an extreme distaste for anything that feels sticky.

I also have a somewhat disembodied memory of sitting in my high chair right before bed (probably would have been like 3 at the time) and I remember every detail of the kitchen and living room, even how the light looked against the wall, and this song was playing before my mom shut off the stereo for the night.

Pretty much most of my memories throughout my entire life are accompanied by music.

That's a relief.

I was a philosophical little fella, that's for sure.

My mom had ordered a pack of Bananas in Pajamas ice cream, but the truck was hours late, so I sat up till 10PM waiting for the ice cream truck. I don't know exactly how old I was, my mom says she thinks I was three.
