So who's watching the Superbowl?

I was talking about this with Bats, Frown, LiL, and Plank earlier, and I'm curious to see how many of you are watching.

I'm not--I just don't follow NFL (or CFL, for that matter.)

My Twitter feed is full of it. All talking about Missy Elliot and the entertainment not the actual match though.

American sport :o:

That's just the Superbowl though. There's a weird culture around Superbowl commercials and the half-time show that completely eclipses the actual game. Any other time it's all about football.

i was but i got bored

i hope the patriots lose by a slim margin specifically due to a mistake that tom brady makes. only because i love watching bawstonians get upset

You got bored watching a boring sport? That's crazy.

Right now I'm watching The Yellow Wallpaper. I think I made the right decision.

Pet_Sounds 02-01-2015 06:43 PM

5-0. Mind you, all the "Yes" voters are probably watching it currently, so…

i don't really watch any sport on a regular basis. out of all the sports this one can probably hold my limited attention span for the longest period of time due to the emphasis on over-the-top tribalism and juiced up neanderthals smashing into eachother.

if gladiators was still a thing then that would probably be my sport of choice

John Wilkes Booth 02-01-2015 06:58 PM

Could be deep down. It's genuinely interesting though, but I've always been a fan of the Olympic sports.
